Entremar

Entremar, in Mexico City.

B Y C, Hegel 307, Polanco V Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11560 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico

Every tourist in Mexico City is told to book lunch at Contramer, in Condesa, for the red-and-green grilled snapper and tuna tostadas. Far fewer go to Entremar, its sister restaurant, which offers the same menu but on a quieter block in Polanco. The fish, especially the thinly sliced, butter-like tuna, really is as fresh and delicious as people say. —Jensen Davis
